IT Asset Management Administrator jobs in Virginia Beach, VA

• Provides technical support to staff, and department managers.
• Coordinates IT functions with contracted vendor, including troubleshooting issues, technical support, systems training, software/hardware management and vendor management.
• VoIP phone basic admin duty.
• IT System admin duty.
• Responsible for IT equipment maintenance and security.
• Assist CAO in planning disaster and emergency procedures and in providing aid and reports in emergency events.
• Assisting with equipment for onboarding and offboarding of employees.
• Assist with internal IT training management.
• Management and technical support of voice recording studio and projects.
• Other duties and projects as requested by Chief Administration Officer .

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in, IT, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience handling IT administrative responsibilities or related field.
• Experience and knowledge in Azur, MS systems, software/app development, server management will be a great addition, but not required.

• High level of tech fluency including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
• Good operational knowledge of IP systems, networks, servers, operating systems, PCs, and software.
• Highly organized multitasker with ability to problem solve.
• Team player and willingness to learn and to grow with the company.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer service oriented.
• There is no . nightshift, but you will be expected to respond to emergency calls and/or extraneous circumstances as you are the first line of defense for IT security and standard operational functioning.
• Must be “physically able to perform” duties including infrequent lifting up to 25 pounds, bending, reaching above shoulder level, climbing stairs, pulling, typing, prolonged standing or sitting.
