Job Title: Full Charge Bookkeeper

Job Overview:

The Full Charge Bookkeeper will play a crucial role in managing our company’s financial records, including bookkeeping, payroll, accounts payable and receivable, and monthly financial reporting. Additionally, this position entails responsibilities for compliance and document management tasks, ensuring accuracy in compliance and training document checks, as well as Bills of Lading (BoL) and invoice record verification. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, meticulous, and able to handle a variety of other duties as assigned, such as office supply orders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct full-cycle bookkeeping duties, including journal entries, bank reconciliations, and preparation of monthly financial statements.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Oversee payroll processing, including the calculation of wages, benefits, and payroll taxes.
• Perform compliance and document management tasks to ensure adherence to legal and operational standards.
• Conduct thorough checks of compliance and training documents, BoLs, and invoice records to maintain accuracy and integrity.
• Coordinate with external auditors and provide required information for the annual audit.
• Manage and order office supplies as needed and contact vendors when asked.
• Perform other related duties as assigned, supporting the broader team and contributing to the company's operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a full charge bookkeeping role.
• Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive and collaborative approach.

Yearly Salary Range:

· $65,000 - $75,000

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
