Ameresco currently has a new opportunity for an Asset Manager based in Westborough, MA to join the Solar O&M. The Asset Manager will report to the Eastern - Field Supervisors, managing all Customer and Ameresco Assets as outlined below.
Responsibilities:
Performing liaison duties between Asset Planner and Ameresco on all customization, upgrades, data management and all other issues.
Creating and Customizing databases (Setting up Customers, Vendors, Project Sites).
Working with Field Technicians and Vendors to set-up, track and manage all Return Merchandize Authorizations.
Managing vehicle assets 3rd party fleet company in terms purchasing, maintenance, registration, US DOT requirements, and insurance.
Inventory management of Ameresco and customer inventory.
Manage daily warehouse activities
Perform other duties as required by Operations Manager and Field Supervisors.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of two years of experience working with an asset planner/inventory application
Minimum of two years of experience working in a warehouse
Minimum of two years of experience working in asset management
Valid Drivers' License in good standing, issued by state of residence
Additional Qualifications:
Proficient in MS Office
Experience with low level financials - purchase order/credit card management Detailed and Customer Service Oriented
Strong communication and leadership skills
Proficient in AssetPlanner, Concur and WorkDay Applications
Preferred Solar/Electrical Background
DOT and Hoisting Licenses
