Key Responsibilities
- Contract Analysis: Examine, interpret, and assess contract terms and obligations within the foodservice industry.
- Contract Management: Develop and maintain a systematic approach for tracking contract milestones and deadlines, ensuring accuracy and relevancy.
- Performance Monitoring: Create metrics and reporting systems to evaluate contract performance and identify areas for operational improvements.
- Data Analysis: Employ advanced Excel functions to analyze contract data, discern trends, and generate insightful reports.
- Documentation and Reporting: Prepare precise and well-structured reports, presentations, and summaries reflecting contract analysis results.
- Client Liaison: Conduct regular meetings with clients to update them on contract progress, address any concerns, and ensure alignment on milestones.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance the contract management process and adopt best practices for increased efficiency.
Required Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, INDEX and MATCH, and macros.
- Familiarity with other Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Power Automate.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex contract information.
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in contract-related data.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, able to convey complex information clearly.
- Excellent organizational skills, capable of prioritizing tasks and managing multiple contracts concurrently.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in contract management or related fields.
- A college degree is preferred.
- Experience with foodservice manufacturers and distributors is highly advantageous, along with knowledge of industry-specific contracts and best practices.
