Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Consultant to become a valued member of our fully remote team. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead strategic client engagements, delivering robust and scalable solutions through Salesforce.com and various cloud technologies. Collaborating with a talented team, you will engage in implementing medium- to large-scale projects that encompass process analysis, system design and configuration, change management, training, and deployment. You will work with a diverse clientele ranging from small local businesses to expansive multinational corporations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project teams through all phases of implementation, including planning, requirements gathering, designing solutions, development, testing, deployment, training, and post-launch support.
- Manage daily client relationships, ensuring seamless interactions and proactively addressing any escalations.
- Facilitate customer workshops and discussions concentrated on sales processes, customer service, marketing automation, and operational workflows.
- Define both short- and long-term objectives for projects, establish success criteria, and clearly coordinate the roles and responsibilities of client and delivery teams.
- Drive project teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions and ensure timely project completion.
- Participate in pre-sales scoping sessions with the Business Development team and contribute to developing project proposals.
- Encourage a collaborative environment by leading brainstorming sessions, sharing knowledge, and fostering skill development within the team.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a consulting capacity.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Community Cloud Consultant) are strongly preferred.
- A substantial background in financial services is essential.
- Proficient in prioritizing tasks and managing multiple deadlines effectively.
- Exceptional organizational and follow-up skills, paired with a sense of urgency.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients and team members.
- Experience with integration tools such as Mulesoft, Jitterbit, and Informatica is a distinct advantage.

Salary Range
\(90,000 - \)134,000 annually (Compensation is commensurate with experience, skills, and geographical location).
