Works with the Business Development team in establishing agreements that reflect the interests of partners and the company. Being an IT Contracts Manager also works with legal counsel when drafting licensing agreements. Ensures contract performance and rewrites or amends as necessary. Additionally, IT Contracts Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Must have a solid understanding of web technology. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The IT Contracts Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. The Ruhlin Company is seeking to hire a Contracts Manager for its corporate office in Sharon Center, Ohio (Medina County). This position reports to the Chief Financial Officer and is an officed-based role (no remote or hybrid option available).
Summary: Ensure consistent management of all proposals and contracts including, but not limited to, oversight of the contract management process as well as contract negotiations, document management and disputes. The contract development and management process require frequent and effective interaction and consultation with Division Managers, Project Managers, Estimators and Finance.
