IT Contracts Manager creates, writes, negotiates and reviews hardware or software licensing contracts. Works with the Business Development team in establishing agreements that reflect the interests of partners and the company. Being an IT Contracts Manager also works with legal counsel when drafting licensing agreements. Ensures contract performance and rewrites or amends as necessary. Additionally, IT Contracts Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Must have a solid understanding of web technology. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The IT Contracts Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. The Commercial Contracts Manager position is responsible for demonstrating strong attention to detail and the ability to discover potential risks for our company. The successful candidate should also analyze contracts to reduce costs and increase profits while ensuring compliance with the law. You will work closely with internal business resources and other stakeholders across the company to ensure all third-party agreements meet Busch’s contracting standards and requirements.
Our ideal candidate has previous experience administering contracts and is familiar with legal requirements and terms of use. Ultimately, the candidate should ensure all our contracts/agreements conform to legislative requirements and meet our company goals.
