  • We are seeking an IT Help Desk Technician to join our team! This position is an in-office help desk technician that assists clients with technical needs as well as serve on a team for on-boarding new services. The proper candidate will possess:

    • Excellent communication skills (Email, verbal, and follow-up)
    • Ability to meet requirements and deadlines.
    • Demonstrate good work ethics.
    • Good understanding of the following:
      • Microsoft Office 365 & Admin Portal
      • Outlook and Email Protocols
      • TCP/IP Networks & Protocols
      • DNS Records (MX-TXT-CNAME-A-WWW)
    • Ability to troubleshoot:
      • Device IP connectivity
      • Multi-function printers
      • Access points
      • IP phones
      • Workstations
      • Servers & shared resources
      • Switches / Routers
      • Microsoft Windows 7/10/11
      • MacOS
      • Android / iPhone
      • Outlook connectivity problems
    • Interacts well with clients and coworkers
    • Some project management skills
    • Work with sales team and field ops team
