Supporting the planning and execution lead to kick-off, track, and help manage deliverables within the Enterprise Integrated Marketing team. Plays a supportive role in assisting Planning Lead in meeting scheduling, meeting recaps, status tracking, etc.
Communicates regularly with planning lead to keep them informed on status of all projects. Identifies potential roadblocks and alerts lead planner for immediate resolution.
Manages the creation and implementation of all marketing deliverables, including inputting jobs into our automated workflow system. Tracks assets daily; including approvals and internal client feedback as assets move through the chain of approvals to ensure timely delivery.
Works closely with email marketing, and creative services on email requests and sell sheet/flyer development. Facilitates day-to-day feedback and secures approvals on deliverables as they move though Workfront; from development through deploy. Keeps these emails moving through the system and ensures timely delivery.
Tracks all jobs, and secures feedback and approvals on all integrated marketing assets. Works with traffic to ensure projects are moving forward.
Responsible for communicating within the department and cross-functionally to ensure on-time, on-budget completion of integrated marketing campaigns.
Participates regularly in weekly planning and status meetings. Owns tracking documents and leads internal status mtgs walking integrated team through status of deliverables. Meets regularly with planning leads to keep them informed as projects are in development.
Qualifications/Requirements:
3-6 years of experience in advertising, marketing or related field
College degree in related field preferred
Successfully work in a matrix organization
Proven track record working with multiple clients on marketing campaigns and creative development
Must have proven ability to build strong internal team/client relationships, and be a team player
Must have a strong understanding of digital marketing and digital advertising platforms, including social media
Must have sound project management skills
Excellent organizational abilities, with strong attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and multi-task assignments
Good oral, written, and presentation skills
Must demonstrate initiative and have a “can-do, whatever it takes to get it done” attitude
Strong computer skills required; must be proficient/expert status in PowerPoint, Excel and experience with Microsoft Project. Experience in Workfront and Microsoft Teams a plus.
This position can either be hybrid in Hartford, CT or fully remote
