Additionally, IT Procurement Administrator inputs and tracks procurement data. Facilitates the planning and coordination of equipment delivery, installations, upgrades, and changes. Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The IT Procurement Administrator work is generally independent and collaborative in nature.   • Job Purpose:   Responsible for implementing, maintaining and supporting Bergkamp Inc. information systems.  Plans, directs, or coordinate activities in such fields as physical and virtual environment maintenance, systems administration, development of software assets, data analysis, report writing, and user support.


    Essential Functions                                                                                                                                                                   

    1. Provide system administration of existing hardware infrastructure and cloud-based technology systems.
    2. Manage third party providers of network and hardware support, report writing, data analysis and system integration and development.
    3. Develop and support reporting and distribution process of data analytics from system information for Executive and Management levels to support/facilitate the management of the business to include dashboards, periodic and ad hoc reporting.
    4. Oversee, evaluate, and update software systems and licenses.
    5. Ensure appropriate controls and safeguards are in place for all systems (e.g., backups, virus protection, user profiles, passwords, and UPS systems).
    6. Develop computer information resources, providing for data security and control, strategic computing, and disaster recovery. 
    7. Provide instruction to staff on the use of computer applications and systems.
    8. Consult with users, management, vendors, and technicians to assess computing needs and system requirements. 
    9. Meet with department heads, managers, supervisors, vendors, and others, to solicit cooperation and resolve systematic problems. 
    10. Evaluate technology proposals to assess project feasibility and requirements and make recommendations to Executive level for system needs and enhancements.
    11. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.

    1. Associate’s degree or equivalent, plus a minimum of three to five years Information Technology Management or other related experience generally required. 
    2. Experience using Tableau, Power BI or similar data visualization tools for reporting and analysis of data.
    3. Knowledge of processors, electronic equipment, and computer hardware and software, including applications and programming.
    4. Ability to administer and support Microsoft Office 365, and other software products.
    5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate detailed information to customers, coworkers and management.
    6. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact in a positive and professional manner to develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers, coworkers and management.
    7. Ability to read and interpret documents such as invoices, procedure manuals, blueprints (schematics), and job instructions.
    8. Ability to write routine reports and business correspondence.  
    9. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as proportions and percentages. 
    10. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. 
    11. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
    12. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    13. Ability to maintain confidentiality.
