Being an IT Procurement Administrator conducts sourcing activities to evaluate supplier pricing and offerings. Reviews contracts, terms, and service level agreements. Additionally, IT Procurement Administrator inputs and tracks procurement data. Facilitates the planning and coordination of equipment delivery, installations, upgrades, and changes. Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The IT Procurement Administrator work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Job Overview
The IT Asset Management Administrator I, will be responsible for managing and maintaining the companys IT assets through CIGs ITAM application. They will work closely with other members of the CIG IT department and organization to ensure that all hardware and software assets are properly tracked, maintained, stored, and retired in a controlled manner. A successful ISAM Administrator be detail oriented, be highly organized, possess strong analytical skills, and be capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
