IT Procurement Administrator administers and coordinates activities and processes in the IT procurement function. Prepares RFI's and RFP's based on stakeholder and company requirements. Being an IT Procurement Administrator conducts sourcing activities to evaluate supplier pricing and offerings. Reviews contracts, terms, and service level agreements. Additionally, IT Procurement Administrator inputs and tracks procurement data. Facilitates the planning and coordination of equipment delivery, installations, upgrades, and changes. Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The IT Procurement Administrator work is generally independent and collaborative in nature.     GOVERNMENT AGENCY: DHS USCIS Federal Contractor Position

    POSITION INFORMATION: Full-Time Position

    LOCATION: 4 Lemnah Drive, St. Albans, VT 05479

    POSITION TIMING: Position requires a USCIS Government security clearance which can take 2-3 months to process and must be complete prior to candidate starting work.

    SALARY: $21.09/hr $5.33 per hour Health & Welfare used towards ITC's benefits plan. If not used towards benefits, H&W is deposited in a 401(k) account on the employees' behalf. You may also elect to have $.62/hr added to your paycheck as hourly pay.

    IT Coalition is currently recruiting for a Full-time General Clerks to support the USCIS SCOSS program in Essex Junction, VT.

    This position follows clearly detailed specific procedures in completing several repetitive clerical steps performed in a prescribed or slightly varied sequence, such as coding and filing documents in an extensive alphabetical file. Little or no subject-matter knowledge is required, but the clerk uses his or her own judgment in choosing the proper procedure for each task.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    May be required to perform work in one or more areas, including:

    • Retrieve, sort, assemble and maintain files
    • Generate manifests
    • Prepare files for shipping
    • Generate screen prints and barcodes
    • Perform searches and queries
    • Scans file barcodes for responsible party code audits
    • Verifies data and makes computer updates
    • Scans and adjust documents
    • Photocopy documents
    • Deliver files to identified destination
    • Updates systems from barcode scanning or keying
    • Reviews file for final action steps and secures loose documents
    • Places files on shelves
    • Create documents and updates systems
    • Prepare materials for destruction
    • Knowledgeable of contract performance requirements and acceptable quality levels for assigned tasks to achieve contract compliance

    REQUIRED:

    • High school diploma or GED required
