This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for education and a strong understanding of adult learning principles. This position is responsible for assuring the modern, effective, and efficient delivery of continuous, life-long learning to NAEP’s membership through a variety of program delivery systems, growing educational revenue streams, and creating best in class learning engagements. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with various stakeholders to enhance member engagement and promote lifelong learning.

Essential Functions
Program Development (40%)
Design and implement educational programs, workshops, webinars, and courses tailored to member needs. Partner with industry experts, trainers, and educators to create high-quality learning experiences. Utilize learning management systems (LMS) and other technologies to enhance educational content delivery.
Curriculum Management (30%)
Oversee and update educational materials to ensure alignment with industry standards and member requirements. Work with the Marketing Specialist to develop strategies for promoting educational offerings and increasing member participation.
Program Assessment (20%)
Conduct surveys and assessments to identify the professional development needs and preferences of members. Implement evaluation methods to assess program effectiveness and prepare reports on educational outcomes and impacts. Manage the education budget, including forecasting expenses to ensure financial sustainability.
Member Support (10%)
Serve as a contact point for members seeking information on professional development opportunities and provide support for certification and continuing education credits.
