Overview
The Indirect Procurement Manager plays a critical role in managing the procurement of goods and services that are not directly related to the core business activities. Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies for indirect procurement categories to achieve cost savings and improve supplier performance.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their indirect procurement needs and provide effective solutions.

- Monitor market trends, global economic conditions, and industry best practices to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Implement and maintain procurement policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and efficiency.

- Manage and analyze procurement data to make informed decisions and drive performance improvements.
- Ensure effective risk management and mitigation strategies for indirect procurement activities.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience (5 years) in indirect procurement, strategic sourcing, and supplier management.
- Demonstrated success in negotiating and managing contracts with suppliers to achieve cost savings and quality improvements.
- Strong understanding of procurement best practices, industry trends, and market dynamics.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in using procurement software and digital tools for data analysis and supplier management.
- Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams and build effective relationships with stakeholders.
- Solid knowledge of contract laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
