We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Office Manager/Marketing Coordinator to join our team for our Christiansburg office. This role involves managing day-to-day office operations, handling customer service tasks, and supporting marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answering phones, booking appointments, and managing customer information.
• Updating the company calendar and coordinating schedules.
• Assisting with marketing campaigns and social media management.
• Updating customer and lead information into our CRM system
• Assisting with interviews
• Onboarding new team members and running payroll
• Running errands as needed

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems
• Experience in marketing and office management is a plus.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Pay: $19.29 - $20.85 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 35 per week
