Summary

The IT Supervisor will coordinate, plan, and lead computer and software related activities in the organization, with a focus on SAP and related systems. They will serve as the main point of contact for external IT service providers and ensure high levels of customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide high-level customer service and support ongoing operations.
• Analyze organization and customer needs to ensure cost-efficient and timely delivery of products.
• Build and report data to help teams make critical decisions.
• Manage SAP functions to ensure optimization.
• Manage technical relationships, programs, and software for consistency and stability.
• Provide internal SAP support for day-to-day tasks.
• Manage Crystal Reports, layouts, and forms.
• Support on-site hardware.
• Make recommendations for better utilization.
• Create and implement solutions to error-proof and drive efficiency.
• Ensure security of data, network access, and backup systems.
• Support all departments with informational needs.
• Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions.

Key Deliverables

• Reduce support tickets per employee.
• Ensure backup or redundancy plans are in place for add on programs
• Improve SAP functionality.
• Maintain planned or budgeted costs vs. actual costs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis, and computer hardware/software systems.
• SAP programming knowledge.
• Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Physical Demands

• Work primarily consists of conveying information verbally and in writing and working on a computer while sitting or standing for extended periods.
• Ability to lift, carry, and/or move up to 50 pounds with regularity.

Working Conditions

• Primarily indoors in an office environment, with occasional outdoor work.
• Exposure to varying weather conditions and temperatures.
• Moderate noise level, potentially louder in outdoor or shop settings.
• Annual blood test required for lead-based product handling.
• Weekend and/or evening work may be required.
• Travel is primarily local, with infrequent out-of-area and overnight travel expected.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
