IT Project Coordinator coordinates all IT projects and ensures company resources are utilized appropriately. Compiles project status reports, coordinates project schedules, manages project meetings, and identifies and resolves technical problems. The Project Coordinator will support the Project Managers to ensure that administrative aspects of project management work are fulfilled, documentation of business processes are maintained, quality assurance of implemented projects and process changes are managed, and budget sheets and project roadmaps are kept up to date. The Project Coordinator is expected to assist all aspects of approved Projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and attend project meetings; write and maintain meeting minutes
Create and send out comprehensive status reports for project stakeholders and management , works with the project team to help steer project implementation, monitoring project schedule and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
Proven ability to work well within a team setting and collaborate with team members, track project milestones, tasks, and timelines to ensure adherence to schedules.
Maintain project folder and documents, complete project related administrative tasks, record meeting minutes, action items, and follow-up tasks for proper accountability.
Update project management software and project plans for multiple projects, manages project tasks and takes ownership, update project roadmaps.
Develop dashboards to track and monitor progress as well as risks and issues with the ability to share status effectively with project team members.
Schedule and attend project meetings, display meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of project management. Organize and support the PMO to prepare materials and data for internal/external meetings with applicable stakeholders.
Excellent written and oral communications skills, p rovides timely and thorough communication regarding issue status/resolution and/or appropriate next steps with project teams and other stakeholders.

Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
Proficiency in the following applications - Google Suites, Microsoft Office, Cisco WebEx Meetings.
Experience with project management software tools – JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheets, MS Project is required.
Minimum 1 years of experience as a project coordinator or similar role, showcasing successful project management, business analysis and coordination abilities.
Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities, fostering a collaborative team environment.
Excellent analytical, problem solving, decision-making, and quantitative analysis skills to provide insight into performance and efficiency opportunities.
