Our growing company is looking for a hard-working and skilled construction worker to help bring our construction plans to life! Under our construction PMs direction, you will work alongside a team of other team members, and apply your knowledge of construction methods, tools, and equipment to keep the project on track. We are looking for a Construction Project Manager to oversee several large construction projects in the area. A successful candidate will possess strong communication skills, the ability to work well under pressure, and experience in budgeting and scheduling. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to manage multiple projects simultaneously and will be responsible for creating budgets and timelines, coordinating resources, and ensuring that projects are completed on time.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and oversee projects.
• Manage and coordinate construction personnel, equipment, subcontractors, and funds.
• Maintain relationships with key personnel.
• Make decisions within time constraints.
• Keep up to date with latest safety and building codes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
