IT Project Manager // Economic Impact Catalyst

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to oversee the implementation of internal projects related to our Startup Space platform. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product management, to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meeting all requirements.
Responsibilities
Project Planning and Execution
- Develop detailed project plans, defining scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and document project requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of business needs.
- Manage project schedules, tracking progress, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.
- Implement project management methodologies and best practices to ensure efficient and successful project execution.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the engineering, product management, and customer success teams to align project goals and ensure seamless integration.
- Facilitate communication and knowledge sharing among team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Escalate issues and risks to senior management as needed, providing regular project status updates.
Reporting and Documentation

- Encourage the adoption of best practices and industry standards in project management methodologies.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the project management team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in IT project management, preferably in a SaaS or cloud computing environment.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
- Experience with project management tools and software (e.g., Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
- Familiarity with AWS Cloud services and technologies is preferred.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
