Quality Tester Analysts ensure software functionality, reliability, and performance through systematic testing, defect identification, and test plan creation. Bachelor's or Associate's degree with 3-5 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Support Service Desk tickets by reviewing, responding, and routing for resolution.
Contractors must provide their own computer with Microsoft Office, internet, phone, headset, and driver's license; expenses are not reimbursed.
Necessary network/system/applications and access permissions will be provided upon selection.
Knowledge and Abilities: Knowledge:
