IT Quality Assurance Analyst jobs in Vermont

The ideal candidate will be well organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about learning. Strong writing skills are required.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assist the Delivery Team in designing quality into the solution from the start of each user story
• Perform Delivery Team level software testing
• Create, update, and execute the suite of test scenarios
• Help prepare for and participate in company-wide Alpha testing, Performance testing, and other testing initiatives
• Collaborate with the Delivery Team, QA Community of Practice, and other Value Streams as appropriate in monitoring and testing bugs resulting from the various testing phases
• Identify areas for improvement in our testing processes
• Stay current on the latest knowledge and best practices supporting QA for software development

Experience with at least one of the following is required:

• Software Quality Assurance
• Technical Writing or other step-by-step documentation
• Medical Office work experience requiring use of charting and/or billing software
