Position Summary:

The key role of the Quality Manager is to make sure ALL products manufactured in our facility comply with our food safety and quality standards. Management of our HAACP program, Food Defense, Food Safety, Master Sanitation Schedule, Micro testing programs, Environmental Programs, Recall Coordinator, GMP’s, Pest Control Program, Supplier Quality Audit Program, Environmental Monitoring Program, and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Generate Spec Sheets for all the products and provide customers with proper documentation for all products manufactured
• Keep up with all training and testing as new policies and procedures are implemented into the SQF System
• Communicate with Operations Manager, Head of Operations, Senior Management, and Department Managers on a daily basis
• Responsible for Food Safety employee training as well as new employee orientation

Requirements:

• Requires 3 years food manufacturing/food safety with at least 3 years’ experience with FDA/SQF audits
• A lot of documentation and excellent attention to detail
• Prior supervisory experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
