IT Quality Assurance Process Consultant jobs in Medford, OR

IT Quality Assurance Process Consultant develops quality assurance, compliance, and implementation plans for individual IT functions that support the organization's overall service and software quality standards. Advises function leaders on best practices for the deployment of QA methodologies and processes. Being an IT Quality Assurance Process Consultant designs and incorporates plans for each function that drive quality service and product deliverables. Establishes a performance monitoring program and designs metrics that can be used to identify quality issues, analyze problems, and develop quality improvement initiatives. Additionally, IT Quality Assurance Process Consultant trains staff on quality concepts, objectives, tools, and processes. Requires a bachelor's degree. And typically reports to a director or head of a department. The IT Quality Assurance Process Consultant works autonomously. Goals are generally communicated in "solution" or project goal terms. May provide a leadership role for the work group through knowledge in the area of specialization. Works on advanced, complex technical projects or business issues requiring state of the art technical or industry knowledge.     Quality Assurance RN at Providence Medford Medical Center - 1 FTE, Day shift

    Provides assessment, evaluation and support for all quality initiatives within PHS Oregon. Provides concurrent and retrospective support managing initiatives to comply and in accordance with Center for Medicare and Medicaid requirements, The Joint Commission (TJC) requirements, administrative and program personnel, and third party payors.

    Required qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.

    • Upon hire: Oregon Registered Nurse License

    • 5 years of Clinical experience.

    • 5 years of Hospital experience in a progressively responsible position(s) requiring contact with various departments.

    • Demonstrated clinical experience related to a wide variety of patient populations and care delivery models.

    • Demonstrated leadership experience.

    • Demonstrated experience in communicating effectively, both verbally and in writing, with physicians, nursing, public, and all levels of hospital management.

    Preferred qualifications:

    • Master's Degree in Nursing, Public Health, Business, Healthcare or Business Administration.

    • Adult medical surgical experience.
