Bright Vision Technologies is looking for an US IT Recruiter for a direct-hire. This job can be performed remotely. 

Title: US IT Recruiter
Location: Remote [Candidate must reside in India]
Experience: 2 years in US Staffing

1. Must have worked in US Staffing industry for minimum 2years.

2. Should be experience in hiring US IT Recruiters & Bench Sales Recruiters.

3. US Recruitment process knowledge.

4. Should be willing to work in Night shift(7pm - 4.30pm IST).

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Creating new jobs and post them as per the company policy
• Perform internal hiring of US IT Recruiters & Bench Sales Recruiters
• Consult with applicants to determine the best match for their desired position and available opportunities.
• Utilize the Applicant Tracking System to move candidates through the application process as well as other various technologies.
• Scheduling interviews with the qualified candidates with the team.
• Participating in onboarding process.
• Flawless execution of high-volume transactions in alignment with standard operating procedures.
• Maintain database and creating pipelines
• Resolve candidate escalations including identifying and removing barriers.
• Maintain 100% confidentially with candidate’s personal information and sensitive topics.
• Working closely with all employee.
• Other works as assigned.
