As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and assisting them with their inquiries and needs. Our goal is to be the one stop shop for all customers customized needs, focusing on corporate appeal with a boutique feel.

Duties:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their inquiries, orders, and concerns
-Take orders face to face from walk in customers
-Answer phones and assist in customers questions
-Upload web designs and generate reports from orders placed on our website
-Research product pricing from our venders to build quotes for customers
-Reply to emails and check daily voicemails
- Provide product information and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products, services, and industry trends
- Assist with order processing, including order entry, tracking, and delivery/pick up
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues
-General housekeeping, i.e.: sweeping, dusting, straightening showroom
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is a MUST
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in using technology, including software applications
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues from various departments
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with a focus on building positive relationships with customers
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
-Transportation for deliveries as needed
