Recruiter

LOCATION: DMV

CITIZENSHIP: U.S. Citizen

CLEARANCE LEVEL: Must be able to obtain a TS clearance

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and ensure interview scorecards are completed
• Process job requisitions and communicate with hiring managers to ensure job descriptions and requirements are current
• Support employee experience efforts
• Create job requisitions and post on company website and other recruitment sites
• Search online resume databases and social networking sites for qualified candidates for open positions
• Conduct business development recruitment efforts and incumbent capture efforts
• Support recruitment initiatives including diversity outreach programs, internship program, employee referral program, career fairs and networking events
• Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests
• Assist with performance management procedures

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience
• At least 2 years of experience in recruitment and/or human resources
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, Greenhouse preferred
• Certifications such as SHRM Talent Acquisition specialty certification, LinkedIn Recruiter certification, or AIRS recruiting certifications within 1 year of hire highly preferred
• Proficiency with G Suite applications and MS Office
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Accuracy and attention to detail are essential
• Flexible with the ability to adjust priorities as needed
