The successful Recruiter candidate will have the following: 1) General understanding of the recruiting process including excellent follow-up, customer service and communication skills.   2) Demonstrated outcomes showing a track record of achieving goals.  3) The ability to wear multiple hats so that the needs of the growing organization are met. 4) Understanding of the healthcare industry with experience in long-term care is ideal but not required. 5) Strong computer skills and the ability to develop those skills as the needs change.
