Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled helpdesk support to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain Microsoft Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Users and Computers.
- Configure and manage Cisco networking switches.
- Install and configure Windows operating systems and Office products.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Collaborate with the IT team to design and implement network and system solutions.
- Set up workstations and display systems including running network cables, patching RJ45 jacks and keystones.
- Monitor system performance and ensure the reliability and availability of IT services.
- Perform regular system updates, patches, and backups.
-Backup devices and restore systems.
- Ensure security best practices are followed and assist in the development of security policies.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users.
Hourly rate:
$17-$22
Qualifications:
-Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office products.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Active Directory Users and Computers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Active Directory, DHCP, and DNS is preferred.
-Proficiency in Ethernet Based Networking, IEEE802 standards and protocols, QoS, POE & …
- Experience with Cisco networking switches.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- CompTIA A and Network certifications are a must.
