Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled IT Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software. This role requires a strong knowledge of various operating systems and software applications.

Duties:

- Provide technical support to end-users on various IT issues

- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software

- Assist in maintaining IT inventory and documentation

- Respond to IT support tickets in a timely manner

- Perform system upgrades and backups

- Ensure data security measures are in place

Requirements:

- Experience in IT support, software troubleshooting, and computer hardware

- Strong knowledge of technical support principles

- Familiarity with firewall configurations and help desk operations

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
