Position Description

Advisors provide desktop support that includes troubleshooting, implementation, training, and planning. They also offer the same support for networks, servers, and often third-party software. Most days will be spent traveling between client offices, interfacing with end users to implementing solutions.

Position Requirements

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication ability
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Attention to detail and follow through
• Willingness and ability to learn new information
• Presentable attire and hygiene 
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Reliable transportation for daily travel

Position Bonus Points 

• Experience with Microsoft Server software and roles; Active Directory, Exchange, SQL
• Experience with Linux command line
• Industry related certifications
• Work experience in an IT related field
