The Office of Information Technologies (OIT), at the University of Notre Dame, seeks an IT Solutions Consultant to understand our partner areas' operational needs and implement and support IT services and solutions to achieve organizational goals and objectives.

An IT Solutions Consultant is a hands-on, hybrid position requiring extensive interaction with students, faculty, and administrative staff. The position is responsible for the technology in our partner areas, including, but not limited to, support for the following:

• End user support
• Conference room support, including Audio Visual equipment
• Printers
• Other hardware and software as needed

This IT Solutions Consultant position will be part of the Student Solutions team and specifically support our Division of Student Affairs.

Minimum Qualifications:
We are looking for an amazing person with skills such as:

• Experience providing desktop support (Windows and MacOS)
• Experience providing technical support for a variety of applications to address issues from end-users
• A wide breadth of technical knowledge and a willingness to learn
• Strategic Consulting
• Project Management, including Requirements Gathering and Business Process Mapping

Preferred Qualifications:
Valued skills and experiences may also include:

• Either an associates/bachelors degree or experience as an IT consultant
• Change Management (People Side of Change)
• IT Solution Design, Selection/Development, Quality Assurance, Deployment, and Support
