Salary Range: $50,000 - $55,000 / year DOE

IT Support Analyst Requirements

• 3 years of experience in IT support, including technical support or help desk roles
• Strong knowledge of networking concepts (VLANs, routing, wireless systems)
• Proficiency with Active Directory and Microsoft 365 account administration
• Experience with VoIP systems such as Asterisk, Yealink, or Grandstream
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and ability to document solutions effectively
• MSP experience and a degree in IT, Computer Science, or Software Engineering are a plus
  
  

IT Support Analyst Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues across various systems
• Manage and maintain Windows environments, Active Directory domains, and group policies
• Provide help desk support via phone, email, remote tools, and on-site visits
• Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure, including desktops and servers
• Administer user accounts and permissions in Active Directory and Microsoft 365
• Support VoIP phone systems and troubleshoot unique client-specific applications
• Collaborate with a skilled team to improve processes and ensure top-notch client service
• Keep detailed records of tickets, configurations, and solutions
