IT Vendor Management Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day administration of technology vendor relationships and serves as the organization's point of contact to ensure smooth performance of operations. Assists vendor selection by reviewing and evaluating requests for proposals and contracts. Being an IT Vendor Management Analyst monitors compliance with service level agreements to ensure performance/quality metrics, responsibilities, and expectations are met. Develops dashboards, reports, and presentations to track vendor performance. Additionally, IT Vendor Management Analyst proactively identifies areas where performance is at risk and collaborates with vendors to establish service quality mitigation strategies. Appropriately escalates vendor product and service issues. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The IT Vendor Management Analyst work is closely managed. To provide organizational and technical support for the analysis, design, configuration, and documentation of PHC’s computer systems, and technical and problem resolution support to the systems user community. The Senior IT Business Analyst addresses complex systems issues and may work with technical leads and business users to resolve issues; works with business users to gather requirements and recommends a solution, including new systems and functionality; may provide training to business users and IT personnel; and provides coaching and guidance to IT Business Analysts. This position may function independently and applies depth of experience gained from previous successful assignments.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience; special training (6 months to 1 year) of analysis and project management; at least five (5) years’ experience working as a business analyst.
Special Skills, Licenses and Certifications
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools. Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical staff; ability to take business requirements and turn them into technical design; excellent documentation skills.

Ability to think logically through problems, issues, or new functionality and workflows.
Work Environment And Physical Demands
More than 50% of time is spent in front of a computer monitor; when required, the ability to lift, carry, or move objects of varying size, weighing up to 25 lbs; must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain courtesy and composure when dealing with internal and external customers; ability to function effectively with frequent interruptions and direction from multiple team members.
