As part of Trelleborg’s global IT group, the IT OT Device Solutions Analyst’s role is to work with all facets of Trelleborg’s business to bring innovative solutions to leverage a wide array of technologies. This person will work with everything from tablets to PLCs to handheld RH scanners helping to set standards for network access, processes, and methods of use. The work completed by this person will directly impact Trelleborg’s ability to meet customer needs as well as the ever-changing needs of our employees.

Job Duties:

• Serve as an authority on functional and technical issues in IT/OT Device solutions that are assigned.
• Creates communication plans for project deployment, device user manuals, and training seminars.
• Support to resolve complex issues and escalations with the IoT/Production Intelligence team.
• Lead the development of prototypes and functional specifications, data mapping, function mapping, test cases and user testing support for new Solutions that are introduced.
• Work with IT Operations teams to coordinate the resolution of IT/OT Solution issues and handle escalated service issues to maintain smooth ongoing operations of solution applications.

Requirements:

• 3 years of IT Service Delivery or IT Support experience, preferably in a global IT Organization
• Experience working in a Manufacturing organization and familiarity with non traditional computing systems (Bar Code Scanners, PLC’s, Automation Controls, etc) that can be found in Manufacturing environments
• Interest in or familiarity with other business support technologies, such as Digital Display Systems, IP Cameras, Building Control Systems, Industrial PC’s
• Flexible, solutions focused mindset with high level of customer service
• Ability to work in a fast=paced environment with multiple non-related projects active at one time.
• Strong understanding of planning, analysis, implementation, and testing techniques required to support IT/OT systems and solutions

Travel:

• Up to 10% Domestic/International Travel

Office Environment:

• Hybrid – Trelleborg uses a 60/40 split when it comes to in-office work. Employees are expected to be in the office a minimum of three days per week.
