JOB DESCRIPTION

An employer is looking for an IT Technical Analyst who specializes in EndPoint Management, specifically Microsoft InTune. This individual will work directly to develop and improve collaboration and core end user technologies such as Microsoft Office 365, Windows, InTune, Active Directory, Endpoint Manager and System Center (SCOM, SCCM) CCTV security system. It is important that this individual possesses the ability to work cross functionally, as they will be paired with Systems Analysts, Business Analysts, Server Admins, Network Admins, and Security Admins. This is a very large & close-knit group that this individual will have the opportunity to join. Another area of focus will be when this individual works directly with end users by resolving their operational issues in efficiently and with great customer care. This position is located onsite in Trinity, NC and will report onsite 5 days a week during training. Once fully trained, there will be opportunities to work a hybrid remote work schedule!

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• 3-7 Years of professional experience in a similar technical role
• Professional experience managing Microsoft Endpoint Manager (InTune)

• Professional experience working within Active Directory

• Professional experience managing / deploying an SCCM set up

• Experience working within the Manufacturing Industry
• Experience working with cross functional teams
