Assists vendor selection by reviewing and evaluating requests for proposals and contracts. Being an IT Vendor Management Analyst monitors compliance with service level agreements to ensure performance/quality metrics, responsibilities, and expectations are met. Develops dashboards, reports, and presentations to track vendor performance. Additionally, IT Vendor Management Analyst proactively identifies areas where performance is at risk and collaborates with vendors to establish service quality mitigation strategies. Job Description: Daily Tasks Performed
• Assigned to units of work, varies from enhancements to team member on a large project.
• Responsible for gathering requirements, functional and detailed analysis/design, testing (unit, integration, system, user acceptance), implementation, documentation, warranty. Providing status to Project Manager/Lead, as needed.
• Analysis/Design roughly 30-40%, Development (code, unit test, int test, system test, UAT, Implement, Warranty) roughly 60-70%.
• No development of production code. However, working knowledge of T-SQL (scripting for run on SQL Server) is required.
• BA may be asked to develop scripts, based on process flow charts, to prototype batch business process prior to development.
• Coordination with business and developers during all phases of development lifecycle. Nice to have:
• Auto and/or Parts experience Ability to design/document/prototype/test processes Facility with Visio flowcharts.
• Experience with JIRA Experience working in .NET development environment.
• Experience working on agile, or hybrid agile, project
