Assists vendor selection by reviewing and evaluating requests for proposals and contracts. Develops dashboards, reports, and presentations to track vendor performance. Elgin Separation Solutions is currently looking to hire an IT Systems Analyst.
The IT Systems Analyst will provide daily IT support to users and will assist the IT Manager with various IT work activities. The qualified individual will maintain, install, or troubleshoot hardware and software, resolve networking issues, or help resolve other problems for company employees.
The successful candidate will provide daily IT support to end users, escalate when necessary, and provide updates to key stakeholders. This position is first point-of-contact support, and basic troubleshooting skills are necessary to succeed.
Reports to: IT Manager
Location: Poca, WV, or Princeton, WV, or Tazewell, VA
Salary Range: $55,000 to $75,000
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Education
Bachelor's degree (B.S./B.A.) or equivalent from a college or university or related experience and a minimum of 4 years related experience and/or training is preferred. A minimum of an Associate's Degree or Certification Equivalent is required.
