IVG is a produce on demand facility specializing in digital printing including die cutting and bindery, wide format printing, embroidery, DTF decorating, screen printing and fulfillment. We are located in Holland, MI serving national clients.
Position Purpose
We are looking to immediately hire a person to do shipping and hand bindery in our production center in Holland, MI.
Essential Functions
1. Perform hand bindery tasks such as folding, cutting, spiral bind etc.
2. Pick, pack and ship orders with extreme accuracy.
3. Complete and maintain all required paperwork, documents, etc. Keep job ticket information complete, accurate and current.
4. Participate in training activities, committee or other special assignments as requested.
5. Perform tasks and duties relevant to any of various roles or responsibilities assigned by the Director of Operations; comply with all policy, procedure, regulation and other communicated requirements as may be in effect for the workgroup or worksite.

Minimum of $18 to start with reviews after 90 days and yearly thereafter.
1 day of PTO for every month employed up to 10 days per year.
