IT Vendor Relationship Manager manages the organization's strategic technology vendor management program to meet company needs and comply with required quality standards. Assists with selecting the company's product and service providers and tracks the procurement of IT products and services to monitor and maintain operational costs and budgets. Being an IT Vendor Relationship Manager leads request for proposals (RFP) process to vet the reputation and quality of vendor products. Negotiates service level agreements to ensure performance/quality metrics, responsibilities, expectations, and penalties are clearly defined. Additionally, IT Vendor Relationship Manager works closely with internal teams to monitor, maintain, and improve existing vendor relationships. Conducts regular business reviews to ensure compliance with company expectations, review issues, and develop solutions. May require experience with software licensing and hardware procurement. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The IT Vendor Relationship Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be an IT Vendor Relationship Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.   • What The Role Is

    The position is a key component to the Business Banking model and may serve as liaison between RM and customer. The RMA is involved in all lending and depository aspects of the relationship, in addition to coordinating relationships with other Lines of Businesses and/or subsidiaries. RMA will coordinate processes and documentation pertinent to the relationship in a fashion which complies with regulatory and bank policies.

    How You will Make an Impact

    • Prepare and review all account documentation pertinent to loans.
    • Review loan files to ensure the completeness of the file, and that all collateral has been properly secured
    • Maintain and clear all CIP, credit, insurance and policy exceptions
    • Maintain and prepare future maturities
    • Open/Close DDA, Savings and TD accounts – complete customer transactions
    • File maintenance – address changes, CIP updates, check/check card orders, transfers, wires, etc.
    • Coordinate loan renewal efforts
    • Fee refunds as approved by RM
    • Discover and communicate cross sell opportunities
    • Assist with community outreach and business development activities
    • Enter loan applications in ACTion with direction from RM
    • Process invoices and expense reports
    • Cover phone calls and customer meetings as necessary and keep manager informed of all activities within department
    • Set appointments for Loan Officers as needed
    • Promote the bank’s products and services
    • Build and maintain positive relations with all customers, potential customers and co-workers
    • Perform as a team member in allocating and coordinating the work flow
    • Contribute to the fulfillment of department and company objectives and goals
    • Comply with all department and company policies, procedures and regulations
    • Remain current on all pertinent consumer lending and other financial institution-related laws and regulations
    • Coverys and exchanges basic technical or factual information with colleagues, clients, and customers.
    • Accountable for medium and long-term tasks and more complex administrative requests and activities.
    • Uses judgment to resolve non-routine issues escalated from junior team members.
    • Advanced understanding of support discipline.
    • Requires technical know-how and broad understanding of the subject area.

    Education

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.); or minimum of 7 years related experience and/or training
