Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team. As a Janitor, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities. This is a vital role in ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for both employees and visitors.

Duties:
- Clean and sanitize designated areas, including restrooms, break rooms, offices, and common areas
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Dust furniture, fixtures, and surfaces
- Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces
- Restock supplies in restrooms and break rooms
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs
- Follow proper cleaning procedures to ensure safety and efficiency
- Adhere to health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Previous experience in commercial or industrial cleaning preferred
- Knowledge of floor care techniques such as buffing and waxing is a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required
- Excellent communication skills
