Overview:
We are seeking a Janitorial Supervisor to join our team. As the Janitorial Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the custodial operations of our facility. This is a vital role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our staff and visitors.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of custodial staff, including training and scheduling
- Perform custodial duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Ensure that all areas of the facility are clean and well-maintained
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas that require attention or repairs
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient cleaning operations
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment
- Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in custodial or facilities maintenance role
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and floor care procedures
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as buffers and carpet cleaners
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Note: This is a paid position. Internship positions are not available.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.81 - $22.66 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
