Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Builder to join our team. As a Builder, you will be responsible for assembling and constructing various structures using a variety of materials and tools. Your attention to detail and ability to work with precision will be crucial in ensuring the quality and integrity of the finished product. Duties: - Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements - Measure, cut, and shape materials according to specifications - Assemble and install structures, fixtures, and fittings - Use hand tools, power tools, and machinery to complete construction tasks - Ensure all work is completed in compliance with building codes and regulations - Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols at all times Experience: - Previous experience in construction or carpentry is preferred - Knowledge of millwork and materials handling is a plus - Familiarity with operating forklifts and power tools is beneficial - Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of building techniques - Proficient in using hand tools for cutting, shaping, and assembling materials Skills: - Warehouse experience - Ability to build structures according to specifications - Skilled carpentry techniques - Knowledge of millwork materials handling - Proficiency in operating forklifts and power tools - Strong mechanical knowledge - Ability to use hand tools effectively This is a full-time position with competitive pay.
