We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Luxury Residential Construction Site Supervisor to join our esteemed team. As the Site Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the construction of our prestigious residential projects, ensuring that each home reflects the highest standards of craftsmanship and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in luxury home construction, exemplary leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and schedules.
• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to facilitate seamless project execution and timely completion.
• Enforce strict adherence to safety regulations and protocols, maintaining a safe and secure work environment for all personnel.
• Conduct regular inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
• Manage project budgets, expenses, and resources effectively, optimizing efficiency and controlling costs.
• Provide leadership and guidance to construction teams, fostering a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and accountability.
• Address any issues, conflicts, or challenges that may arise during the construction process, implementing solutions in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate documentation, records, and reports related to project activities, expenditures, and progress updates.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $125,000.00 per year
