Job Developer supports social services clients in job searching and placement. Establishes and maintains working relationships with employers, industry organizations, and public agencies to source job openings and secure employment and vocational training opportunities for clients. Being a Job Developer evaluates individual's background, skills, and interest and matches to potential job openings or training programs. Coaches and prepares candidate for interview and entry into the workforce. Additionally, Job Developer may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Job Developer occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. This position starts at a competitive wage, $21.00, with a 15% shift differential. We are also currently offering a $500 sign-on bonus-$250 at the time of hire and $250 after your first six months-for certain positions. All hours worked between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM on weekdays, and any hours worked on Saturday or Sunday earn a shift differential of 15% of your hourly rate! At $21.00, your shift differential would be $3.15 per hour, for a total hourly rate of $24.15 on nights and weekends!
