The Job Developer occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.     This full time, permanent Metal Product Mechanical Project Engineer opportunity is at a stable, casual manufacturer located in a newly built, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. The company has been immune from economic downturns including the Great Recession and COVID. When the economy slows, they typically get even more work from the government.     The successful candidate's duties and responsibilities will encompass:
    • Overseeing several engineering projects simultaneously
    • Ensuring engineering projects are completed on time
    • Creating designs of one-of-a-kind mechanical metal product solutions
     
    Candidates must have a minimum background consisting of:
    • A Mechanical Engineering degree
    • Two years of mechanical design engineering experience
    • One year of metal product design experience
    • One year of metal product fabrication experience
    • One year of AutoCAD design experience
    • One year of 3D design experience
    • Possess an understanding of electrical systems and mechanical systems
    • Possess a solid work history
    • Being a US citizen or green card holder
    • Having a residence within a 45 minute drive
