Job Summary: Multidisciplinary consulting firm who approaches engineering challenges from a wider spectrum of angles than most, from land development to energy management.

Job Duties:

• Utilize MicroStation and proprietary software, including GIS and Pole Foreman, to assemble design packages for client submission.
• Focus mainly on the Green Power Connection projects for the Utility.
• Receive approved engineering packages to design and finalize for internal quality assurance and quality control.

Qualifications:

• The candidate will be tasked with designing both overhead and underground extensions within the current electrical distribution system.
• The candidate must have a solid understanding of overhead distribution design, including tension and deflection angles.
• The candidate will need to read and interpret engineered diagrams for pole framing and other overhead and underground equipment to identify various requirements and clearances.
