About the role:
You will be working in our Sacramento, CA location processing orders related to public record search and filing. This role involves working full time, Monday through Friday.
What you will do:
- Communicate with coworkers, correspondents, jurisdiction employees, and others in a timely, effective, and professional manner
- Utilize Capitols Order Entry System for processing orders
- Follow system prompts related to client preferences, Finance department warnings, and other information closely
- Access public record websites for the purpose of researching filed liens and litigation
- Follow established reporting guidelines when building lien search reports based on evidence received
- Maintain clear records throughout transactions to ensure accurate results and invoicing

- Technical competencies: You are comfortable using Microsoft Software (Outlook, Word, and Excel) and interacting with Adobe PDF documents.
- Office environment: You are able to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time.

- $20 or higher hourly rate, depending on applicable prior experience
