Junior Sales Representative

Salary: $42,000 - $45,000 per year

Role Overview:

The Junior Sales Representative will provide essential support to the sales team by performing a mix of sales and administrative tasks. Reporting to the Sales Lead, this full-time, on-site role involves assisting with customer inquiries, managing orders, sourcing parts, and ensuring high customer satisfaction by facilitating smooth operations within the sales department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage vendor orders and send out quotes
• Communicate lead times and source parts online
• Purchase products from vendors and create purchase orders (POs)
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
• Perform data entry, including Vendor Supplier Forms and Certificates of Insurance
• Assist with order processing, including credit card transactions and following up on deliveries
• Serve as a backup for other sales representatives when needed
• Increase product knowledge to support the sales team better
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused with a professional demeanor
• Previous experience in sales support or administrative roles
• Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Shopify, Quoter, or a proven ability to learn new systems quickly
