The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales team in driving revenue, fostering client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to increase market share and achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients by providing exceptional customer service and support.
• Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and evaluate customer needs.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results and foster a positive team environment.
• Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events to promote products and network with industry professionals.
• Negotiate transactions and handle complaints or objections from clients effectively.
• Provide feedback to management on sales progress, market feedback and demands.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Proactive, driven, and capable of working under pressure.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or related field preferred but not required.

Pay: $41,170.27 - $49,581.40 per year

• Monday to Friday
• Rotating weekends
