Schedule: Monday thru Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Pay Rate: Varies depending on experience and qualifications. Plus full benefits package and ETO.

In search of an outgoing, highly motivated and organized administrative assistant/receptionist to work in a small construction office.

Requirements/Experience:

• Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of one-year clerical experience
• Knowledge of various computer programs such as Microsoft Office and Adobe.

Sage knowledge is a plus but not required

• Good phone etiquette and good communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to work together with the team, as well as work independently
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast pace environment

Job Duties to include (but not limited to):

• Answering phones
• Customer service
• Data entry & filing
• General secretarial duties
